Mission
Urban Construction Craft Academy (UCCA) is committed to preparing participants for the global workforce. The program offers a model of employment by which participants learn through hands-on experiences, apprenticeships, routines of work and structure. Participants acquire work-task skills necessary in the construction industry and learn life-lessons to help ensure success both personally and career-wise.
